Not everything can be deleted, but almost every case has a route. We take content down, delete it, de-index it from Google or suppress it so it drops out of view. We tell you which outcome is realistic for your case before you commit.
We act on content that is false, misleading, outdated, private, shared without consent, copied without permission or used to impersonate or threaten. If you are unsure whether your case qualifies, a confidential consultation will tell you.
When content is deleted at the source, it is gone. When it can only be de-indexed or suppressed, the page may still exist but most people will not find it. We tell you which applies to your case, and our Reputation Intelligence service watches for anything that returns.
Impersonation accounts and private content can often be handled within days. Articles on blogs and news sites take 24 hours or longer. You receive a realistic timeline in your action plan.
Our Reputation Intelligence service watches for reposts and new mentions, so we can act quickly if anything returns.

Some cases need a full investigation before we can quote, for example when content has spread across many sites or a crisis is still developing. In those cases we carry out a Case Assessment. The fee is agreed with you in advance and is credited against your engagement if you proceed.
