The scope of our services, how fees and the Case Assessment work, confidentiality and our responsibilities to each other.
These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Repudia, a member of Laerryblue Group, 22 Ahmed Tijani Otun Street, off Victoria Arobieke Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria. By using the site or engaging us, you accept them. A separate client service agreement may add to these terms for a specific engagement, and it takes priority where the two differ.
Repudia provides online reputation management services in four disciplines: Removal, Protection, Restoration and Distribution. Depending on the case, we aim to take content down, delete it, de-index it or suppress it, monitor for new threats, support you through a crisis, build accurate content and distribute your position.
We act on content that is false, misleading, outdated, private, unlawful, shared without consent, copied without permission or used to impersonate or threaten. We do not act to remove accurate journalism. Repudia is a private firm. It is not a regulator or official authority.
Your first Confidential Consultation is complimentary and creates no obligation. Where a case needs a full investigation, for example when content has spread across many sites or a crisis is still developing, we carry out a paid Case Assessment. The Case Assessment Fee is agreed with you in writing before any work begins and is credited against your engagement if you proceed.
After assessment you receive a fixed quote, a plan and a realistic timeline before work begins. Fees are payable as set out in your quote or client service agreement. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Every case is different. Results depend on the platform, the content, where it is hosted and decisions made by third parties we do not control. We tell you which outcome is realistic before you commit, but we cannot guarantee a particular result or timeline unless your agreement expressly says so. De-indexed or suppressed content may still exist at its source.
We may decline or end an engagement if information you gave us proves false or if a request would be unlawful.
Narrative Distribution and Social Amplification publish content you approve. You are responsible for confirming that the content is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. Package sizes describe the maximum reach of a package, and the report we provide lists the live links.
We keep your case confidential. We never discuss clients or publish case details without written permission. This duty continues after the engagement ends, subject to any legal obligation to disclose.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the actions of platforms, publishers, search engines or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Content on this website belongs to Repudia or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal use but may not copy it for commercial use without permission. Articles in Insights are general information and are not legal advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@repudia.ng.
