Your first Confidential Consultation and the Reputation Snapshot are complimentary. No payment is taken for them.
The Case Assessment Fee pays for the investigation needed to quote accurately, such as finding every link or mapping a live crisis. Once the assessment has started it is non-refundable, because the work is carried out immediately. If you proceed with an engagement, the full fee is credited against it.
Fees for an engagement are set out in your fixed quote. If we cannot start work you have paid for, you receive a full refund. If you cancel after work has started, we refund the portion of the fee for work not yet carried out, less costs already incurred on your behalf. Distribution packages cannot be refunded once publication has begun.
Because results depend on third parties, outcomes vary by case. Where your agreement links any part of the fee to a specific outcome that is not achieved, that part is refunded or credited as the agreement states.
